Role Overview
- Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company’s sales and marketing activities within the e-commerce space.
- Candidate who have strong experience in online marketplace operations, customer acquisition, revenue growth, digital marketing, and commercial strategy is suitable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within e-commerce, online retail, digital commerce, or a fast-paced consumer business.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales channels and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing online promotions, product visibility, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work with sales data, identify trends, and make commercially sound decisions.
Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 per month.
