Job Description
- An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, such as CEOs or VPs.
- Typical duties include managing complex calendars, screening communications, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with strict discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and resolve time conflicts.
- Communication Gatekeeping: Screen emails, answer phone calls, and route messages for leadership.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex itineraries, flights, lodging, and expense reports.
- Information Prep: Draft memos, format slide presentations, and compile meeting data.
- Internal Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact between the executive and staff or external partners
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
