Job Description
- A Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a high-level corporate executive who manages the daily business operations, serves as second-in-command to the CEO, and turns the company's strategic vision into practical, daily action.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily business functions across departments like HR, finance, supply chain, and production.
- Execute Strategy: Partner with the CEO to implement business plans, policies, and long-term goals.
- Improve Efficiency: Streamline workflows, optimize procedures, and track performance metrics.
- Lead Teams: Guide department heads, build talent, and support staff growth.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
