Job Description
- Do you have a passion for sales and a proven ability to attract new customers? Our client in the financial services industry is looking for high-performing Direct Sales Agents to expand their customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the organization's financial products.
- Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Promote the organization's products through field marketing and client engagement.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven track record in deposit mobilization and direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Salary
N150,000 - N600,000 / month (based on experience).
