Advisor Analyst Banking sector Portuguese & English

As part of the development of its investment advisory activities, the bank is currently looking for an Advisor Analyst to support its advisory and investment teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and regular update of client investment proposals.
• Collect and maintain up-to-date product documentation, including KIDs, factsheets, and other investment materials.
• Coordinate with internal investment teams to gather relevant information and clarify product characteristics.
• Conduct initial research on financial markets, investment products, and competitors.
• Prepare investment presentations and materials supporting the bank's global investment strategy.
• Maintain internal databases, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports and summaries.
• Support the organization and preparation of investment committees, commissions, and other governance meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements by structuring information, supporting the automation of repetitive tasks, and suggesting efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure that all documentation and proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of Excel and confidence working with data.
• Strong motivation to learn and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. French is considered an asset.
