Our client, a well-established international private bank, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a junior professional to join its Investment team. You will work alongside experienced specialists, gain exposure to a broad range of investment solutions and progressively develop the technical expertise required to build a long-term career in private banking.

This is not a position where you are expected to know everything from day one. The bank will provide structured training, close mentoring and the time needed to grow into the role. However, previous professional experience in Luxembourg is essential: applicants must already have between one and two years of experience within the local financial sector.

Your role

Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists and Relationship Managers, you will:

• Assist with the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for clients.
• Conduct market and product research to support investment recommendations.
• Help monitor UCITS, AIFs and other investment solutions offered by the bank.
• Collect, verify and update KIDs, factsheets and regulatory product documentation.
• Prepare Excel analyses, investment reports and internal presentations.
• Support the preparation of Investment Committee files and governance documents.
• Coordinate with different investment professionals to obtain and consolidate relevant information.
• Ensure that product data remains accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and investment processes.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• You have between one and two years of professional experience in Luxembourg, gained within a bank, asset manager, investment firm or another relevant financial institution.
• You have already gained initial exposure to investment products, UCITS, AIFs or financial markets.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English. French is a strong advantage.
• You are comfortable using Excel and working with financial data.
• You are analytical, precise and attentive to detail.
• You are curious, proactive and highly motivated to develop your investment knowledge.
• You communicate confidently and enjoy working in an international environment.

Please note that professional experience in Luxembourg is an essential requirement for this opportunity.
