Analyst Reporting & Controlling - Your responsibilities:

• You will take full ownership of the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of internal FINREP, COREP, and BCL reporting frameworks. Mastering these critical deliverables ensures the continuous financial alignment of the bank with institutional requirements, establishing your role as an indispensable reporting expert in the Luxembourg financial market.
• You will conduct deep-dive analyses of liquidity status and operational cash flows to support management decisions. This proactive monitoring provides the bank with sharp financial visibility, allowing you to develop a highly strategic and sought-after expertise in treasury and liquidity risk assessment.
• You will manage high-level general financial analysis, corporate accounting reviews, and corporate tax evaluations. This broad oversight gives you a comprehensive 360-degree view of the bank's internal financial health, transforming you into a versatile controller capable of connecting day-to-day data with long-term financial strategies.
• Working closely within a dedicated 5-person finance team (accounting & controlling), you will share insights and coordinate on complex internal financial files.

Analyst Reporting & Controlling - Your profile:

• Solid professional experience gained within a banking institution, bringing a strong understanding of financial mechanisms.
• Familiarity with standards such as FINREP, COREP, and BCL.
• Practical knowledge of Luxembourg banking accounting reviews, liquidity analysis, or tax exposure processes.
• Full professional proficiency in English to collaborate effortlessly in an international environment, with French or Portuguese serving as a valuable asset to communicate with diverse internal teams.
• An autonomous and detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a human-sized team where proactivity and collaboration are highly appreciated.
