Sales Representative (Outdoor)

Location: Lagos Mainland & Island Commission: Up to ₦200,000 Performance Bonus: Up to ₦150,000 Monthly Sales Target: ₦3,000,000 Job Summary We are seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our HR consulting services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable prospecting for clients, making sales calls, attending meetings, presenting services, following up on leads, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential individual and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, field sales, and other channels.
• Present and promote the company's HR consulting services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving a ₦3,000,000 monthly sales target.
• Provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, handle objections, and close deals.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment is an advantage.
• Experience selling professional, HR, recruitment, or B2B services will be an added advantage.

Compensation Successful candidates will receive a ₦100,000 monthly basic salary, with the opportunity to earn additional commission of up to ₦200,000 and performance bonus of up to ₦150,000, subject to performance and applicable targets.
