Regional Sales Manager

Role Summary
- Oversee sales operations across Lagos Mainland, drive sales strategy execution, meet revenue targets, and lead the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team; conduct regular market visits.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and coordinate with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and sales strategy skills.
- Experience in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telecom/ISP industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
