Senior Maintenance Engineer (Team Lead)

Job Summary
- To lead and direct the plant maintenance engineering team in the food processing facility, driving equipment reliability, team performance and downtime reduction.
- The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical and operational authority over the facility machinery, automation, utilities, and departmental workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership and development: Supervision, scheduling and evaluation of maintenance technicians to build a culture of safety, technical competence, and ensure HACCP/GMP compliance.
Requirement
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of industrial and supervisory experience, preferably in food processing.
