Lead Generation Officer

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads for the investment product, PropertyVest.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable investment options.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales updates.
- Represent the organization professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and business engagements.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through transaction completion.
- Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
- Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines.
- Promote Blue Earth Properties through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Provide weekly reports on clients’ feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance.
- Suggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility, investment and sales.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Follow up on documentation, payments, and other processes.
- Customer satisfaction and referral rate.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. with 1 – 4 years of experience in real estate.
