Customer Service Officer (Female)

Job Description
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a thriving restaurant in Lekki & Surulere. The successful candidate will take on the role of Customer Service Specialist, ensuring excellent customer interactions and enhancing the dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to improve service
- Gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- BSc or HND in a relevant field
- Age between 21-28
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation.
Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 per month.
