Digital Marketer

About the Role
- We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to transform our digital platforms into powerful channels for customer acquisition, product sales and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will combine creativity, digital expertise and a strong sales mindset to drive measurable business results across the Bank’s digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads, customer acquisition and sales.
- Manage and grow the Bank’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other advertising platforms.
- Develop engaging content promoting the Bank’s loans, savings, SME financing, asset finance and other products.
- Manage digital leads and work with Sales/Branch teams to convert leads into customers.
- Drive website traffic, SEO, online enquiries and digital conversions.
- Monitor digital performance, customer behaviour and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost, digital sales and campaign performance.
- Identify emerging digital trends and innovative opportunities to increase the Bank’s market reach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field with 5 – 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, microfinance, fintech or financial services.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, social media management, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and digital analytics.
- Excellent content creation, communication and analytical skills.
- Strong sales and commercial orientation with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Knowledge of financial products and the microfinance sector is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like:
This is more than a social media role. You will be responsible for converting the Bank’s digital visibility into:
Digital Reach → Leads → Customers → Product Sales → Revenue
Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 per month
