Van Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are recruiting a Van Sales Representative Driver to support sales growth and distribution operations across assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate will combine excellent driving skills with strong sales capabilities to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Execute daily sales and distribution activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory levels.
- Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales and route documentation.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Good customer relationship management abilities.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Must possess a smartphone for reporting purposes.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
