Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their gift and hamper needs.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' preferences and budgets.
- Actively promote products and drive sales.
- Respond to customer enquiries through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer transactions.
- Keep the retail space and product displays neat and attractive.
- Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product demand.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
Requirements
- OND or HND in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and approachable personality.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Must be resident in or around Lekki, Lagos, or have reliable means of transportation to the location.
Salary & Benefits
- N100,000 monthly salary
- Annual leave after one year of service
- 13th-month salary
- Salary review/increment after one year of service
