Gray Events is hiring ambitious Brand Growth Executives to help grow our premium event brand.
This is a 100% remote role for confident, relationship-driven individuals who enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and converting conversations into event bookings. No previous sales or event experience is required —we value attitude, communication skills, and ambition.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract qualified event clients.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
- Book consultations with the Gray Events team.
- Maintain accurate prospect records.
- Meet monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Active on social media platforms.
- Able to work independently.
Compensation
- Performance Salary: ₦150,000/month (performance-based)
- Commission on every confirmed booking.
- Clear opportunities for career growth into leadership roles.
Location
Remote (Applicants from anywhere in Nigeria and the diaspora are welcome.)
