Loyalty Executive

Job Summary

• A fast-growing mixed-use commercial and leisure destination in Abuja is recruiting experienced professionals to join its operations and pre-opening team.
• The Loyalty Executive will establish and manage the organisation’s customer loyalty office, working across all departments to improve customer retention, engagement, satisfaction, and repeat patronage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the customer loyalty office.
• Develop and implement customer loyalty and rewards programmes.
• Create strategies for customer retention and repeat patronage.
• Work with the retail, hospitality, leisure, food and beverage, and marketing teams.
• Manage customer databases, membership records, rewards, points, and benefits.
• Track customer behaviour, feedback, preferences, and spending patterns.
• Develop partnerships, promotions, and special offers for loyalty members.
• Prepare regular reports on customer engagement and loyalty programme performance.
• Handle loyalty-related enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all business units.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer loyalty, customer experience, CRM, retail, hospitality, or a related role.
• Experience setting up or managing a loyalty programme is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in CRM, customer database, and reporting tools.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
• Experience in a 4 star / 5 star Hospitality industry is compulsory.

• Relevant experience in 4 - 5 star hospitality, retail, leisure, or mixed-use commercial facilities is compulsory.
