- We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative with proven experience selling sanitary fittings, bathroom, kitchen, or plumbing products.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, visiting clients, and driving sales within assigned territories.
- This is a field-based role requiring strong knowledge of the sanitary fittings market and the ability to build relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Sell sanitary fittings and related bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, interior designers, and other key customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate sales.
- Present products, explain features and benefits, and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
- Manage existing accounts and provide effective post-sale support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and market trends.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience specifically in sanitary fittings, bathroom products, plumbing products, kitchen fittings, or a closely related building-materials category.
- Candidates without prior experience selling sanitary fittings or closely related products will not be considered.
- Good knowledge of sanitary fittings and the bathroom/plumbing products market.
- Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, interior designers, or other industry customers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
