SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

- We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and fully dedicated professional to handle all SEO and digital marketing needs for our company.
- This is a long-term position.
- We are looking for someone who is serious about the role, available to dedicate their time to the company, and capable of consistently delivering high-quality work without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve Quick Collect's visibility on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, pages, titles, descriptions, and other SEO elements.
- Monitor search rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and improve our online presence.
- Assist with content strategy and digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
- Provide recommendations and reports on SEO performance and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate must
- Have demonstrated experience with SEO and digital marketing.
- Have a strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, technical fundamentals, and website optimization.
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Be reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Be able to communicate effectively with our team.
- Be fully dedicated and available to work with Quick Collect on a consistent basis.
- Be looking for a long-term opportunity rather than occasional or freelance work.
- Experience working with a fintech, technology, e-commerce, or other online business will be an advantage.
Who We're Looking For:
- We are looking for an experienced professional who can genuinely handle SEO.
Practical Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a sample assignment before a final decision is made. The assessment may include:
- Demonstrating your approach to improving the company's SEO and online visibility.
- Providing recommendations based on our current digital presence.
- This assessment is important because we want to see your actual ability, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- We are looking for someone who can commit to this position on a full-time, long-term basis. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company as our marketing and design needs expand.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
