Social Media Manager (Remote)

Job Description
- Our client needs someone to run their social presence properly — not just post, but build an audience.
- You'll own the calendar, write the copy, brief the visuals, and report on what's actually working.
What You'll Do
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Write copy that sounds like a person, not a press release
- Brief or produce visual assets in Canva or Figma
- Manage community: respond to comments and DMs, and route real leads to sales
- Report monthly on reach, engagement, and follower growth, with recommendations.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years managing social accounts for a brand or agency
- Strong writing — this is the core of the job
- Comfortable with basic design tools and short-form video editing
- Fluent in how LinkedIn works for B2B specifically
- Able to show accounts you've grown
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
- Paid social experience
- Basic video production skills
