Job Summary
- We are looking for a friendly and organized Admin Intern (Youth Corper) to support our front desk and day-to-day administrative activities.
- The role involves welcoming visitors, responding to calls and enquiries and handling basic administrative task.
Job Description
- Receiving and welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
- Managing visitor registration and maintaining accurate reception records
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and appointments
- Receiving and distributing incoming mails, documents, and parcels
- Providing general administrative support to the Admin/Facilities team
- Assisting with stationery and other front desk supplies
- Supporting the Front Desk Officer during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintaining a professional, clean, and organized reception area
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- NYSC Call up letter
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member residing on the island
- Good Communication Skills

- Initiative.
