Social Media Manager (Hybrid)

Role Overview 

• We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects a creative brand.
• This role combines filming, editing, graphics, and creative ideation, content curation and ensuring content is both visually appealing and strategically aligned with the brand’s personality and audience.
• You’ll support team to plan, execute, and deliver content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Build and engage online communities through comments, DMs, and interactions
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and paid ads results
• Collaborate with internal teams, talent, and external partners for campaigns and brand activations
• Maintain organised content calendars and campaign trackers
• Respond to comments and messages professionally, maintaining brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or creators
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Capcut and Canva.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Airtable)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience creating campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement.
