Sales Representative (Hybrid)

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage existing leads, nurture customers and consistently convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm and cold leads via calls and messages.
- Nurture leads and follow up with previous customers.
- Communicate new products, bundles, promotions and offers.
- Close sales and follow through to payment/order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Meet daily sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and objections.
- Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
- Appear in content created to support sales.
- Participate in one physical marketing day per week across Abuja.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Persistent and confident with follow-ups.
- Comfortable using a CRM.
- Organised and target-driven.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Previous fashion/retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership — we want someone who doesn't need to be chased.
Salary
N100,000 per month + commission based on target achievement.
