Email Designer / Strategist (Hybrid)

Role Overview
- We’re looking for an Email Marketing Designer / Strategist to lead and design email templates and develop email campaign strategies to drive engagement and revenue. This role is responsible for planning, creating, designing sending, and analysing email campaigns while aligning messaging with the talent or brand’s personal identity.
- You’ll work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are strategic, visually appealing, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, launches, promotions).
- Segment and grow subscriber lists while ensuring high deliverability.
- Write, design, and optimise email content to match brand voice.
- Analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights and optimise campaigns based on performance.
- Implement A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.
- Ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and personal brand.
- Maintain email marketing systems, templates, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign visuals and copy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing for brands, talent, or agencies
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and email marketing funnels and metrics.
- Excellent copywriting, design, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
- Excellent design skills with Canva, Sigma or similar design tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with talent, influencers, or lifestyle brands.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation workflows.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.

Work Structure:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
