Graphic Design

• Design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, infographics, quote graphics, announcements, and promotional creatives.
• Design promotional materials for CXBLISS programs, services, webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Design presentation slides, certificates, flyers, banners, thumbnails, and other digital materials.
• Transform articles, educational content, and business concepts into visually engaging content.
• Create reusable branded templates for recurring content.
• Maintain consistency in CXBLISS brand visuals, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall presentation.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure designs are publication-ready.

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Edit educational, promotional, testimonial, interview, webinar, training, and event videos.
• Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, graphics, music, and other appropriate elements
• Create short clips from longer webinars, training sessions, interviews, and presentations.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
• Create engaging video openings and visual sequences that maintain audience attention.
• Format videos appropriately for different platforms.
• Review final videos for quality, accuracy, spelling, audio, and visual consistency.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content aligned with CXBLISS brand messaging and communication objectives.
• Turn ideas, articles, research, learning materials, and business insights into social media content.
• Assist with developing creative concepts for campaigns and digital content.
• Support the production of educational, promotional, thought leadership, and community content.
• Repurpose existing CXBLISS content into different formats.
• Suggest creative approaches for communicating complex ideas simply and visually.
• Support content campaigns for CXBLISS programs, services, events, and initiatives.

Content Planning and Social Media Support

• Assist with planning social media content.
• Support the development and maintenance of content calendars.
• Prepare creative assets according to campaign and publishing schedules.
• Assist with scheduling content where required.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Digital Marketing teams to ensure content is ready for publication.
• Stay informed about relevant social media formats, creative trends, and content opportunities.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Social Media Community Support

• Support basic social media interactions.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and messages where assigned.
• Respond to basic interactions using approved brand guidelines and messaging.
• Escalate questions, complaints, or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member.
• Identify audience questions and conversations that may provide opportunities for future content.

Brand and Creative Support

• Maintain consistency in CXBLISS visual identity and tone across digital platforms.
• Organize design files, videos, images, templates, and other creative assets.
• Maintain an organized creative asset library.
• Help develop and improve CXBLISS content templates and visual standards.
• Research design, video, and content trends relevant to professional and corporate audiences.
• Suggest creative ideas that can improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Support special creative projects assigned by the team.

Internship Terms

• Duration: 6 months
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Compensation: Unpaid internship
