A highly driven and commercially minded Advertising and Marketing Consultant to onboard professional registered estate agents; property developers; property owners; shot-let accommodation; relevant Government agencies; UK property buyers and marketing of our company’s Equity Private Placement to existing and prospective stakeholders.

Job Overview

This role is focused on generating revenue through the sign-up on Follion properties website by advertising, marketing and listing of the property professional profiles, property sales, lettings, and auctions on the platform and marketing of the company’s Private Placement. The staff is responsible for onboarding property professionals and available properties for sale, lettings and auction into the platform, client relationship management with the property professionals and property buyers from Nigeria to the United Kingdom properties. Also, increase the number of professionals and properties on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Sign-Up registered estate agents, property developers, property owners, short-let accommodation and States and Federal Lands and Housing Authority across the 36 States of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Effective marketing of the company’s Private Placement to the stakeholders.
• Effective communication and marketing of the various listing subscription packages to the prospective and existing professionals on the platform.
• Ensure all the property professionals and property buyers understand and agreed to abide by the United Kingdom Regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds laws and Regulations.
• Create and updating all professionals and property buyer’s details, compliance & AML checks and reports on the Apex27 Customer Relationship Management Application.
• Ensure Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) authorised and approved any professionals and property buyers before carrying out any transactions with the client.
• Manage and support any Nigerians in the United Kingdom who want to sell or rent any property in Nigeria in compliance with the United Kingdom AML Regulations.
• Assist, support and conduct training for all property professionals to sign-up and upload acceptable property descriptions, pictures and videos on the platform.
• Contact and assign tasks to registered Freelancer and contractors regarding property assignments. E,g property pictures and videos, property & company verification from Corporate Affairs Commission and Lands Registering.
• Uploading Auction property descriptions, pictures, video into the platform.
• Organising and co-ordinating the UK property acquisition events quarterly to existing and prospective property buyers in Lagos, Abuja, Kano States and other states.
• Create and manage social media campaign for regularly or holiday travellers to the United Kingdom from Nigerians who might need a short-let or temporary accommodation across the United Kingdom.
• Preparing campaign for available properties for sale weekly to property buyers through the Auction to property buyers using Apex27CRM and Mail-chimp application in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Report any issues (defects) or improvements into Jira application for software Development Team and select appropriate priority for the issues (defects) or improvement.
• Conduct regular market research through the existing and prospective clients to understanding Nigeria property market trend.
• Support with any others office tasks that might be assignment to him from the line manager.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Create compelling media proposals and presentations in response to briefs and pitches.
• Work closely with ad operations, campaign managers, and creatives to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to overall commercial growth.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, platform capabilities, and competitor activity .
• Recruit and manage freelancer Agents across the 36 States of the federation and organise periodic training for them in compliance with the United Kingdom AML laws and regulations.
• Identify Customary Landowners and support them to make available properties attractive to property buyers.
