Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms is an added advantage.
