Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to drive property sales and expand the company's client base. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware, and confident in engaging prospective clients, building lasting relationships, and converting leads into sales. The candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills, with the ability to identify potential buyers and investors and effectively present the company's property offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients interested in purchasing residential properties, investment properties, and other real estate offerings.
  
• Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to drive property sales and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, field prospecting, and other sales channels.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients.
  
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site inspections, and follow-ups to convert prospects into paying customers.
  
• Understand client's needs, budgets, and investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
  
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring a positive client experience.
  
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to support business growth and improve client acquisition efforts.
  
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and client acquisition performance.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of an HND in business administration, marketing, sales, estate management, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in client acquisition, sales, business development, or real estate sales.
  
• Proven track record of acquiring clients, generating leads, and closing sales.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas and present property offerings professionally.
  
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and closing skills.
  
• Smart, intelligent, proactive, and commercially aware, with a strong sense of initiative.
  
• Well-presented, confident, and professional, with the ability to engage high-value clients and investors.
  
• Hands-on, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good understanding of the real estate market and property investment opportunities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital client acquisition platforms.
  
• Ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines.
