Onboarding Specialist Trainee

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organized Onboarding Specialist Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will support the onboarding of new employees and clients, ensuring they have a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized experience from the start. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new employees. Prepare and organize onboarding documents and materials. Guide new hires through company processes, tools, and policies. Follow up with new employees to ensure they are settling in effectively. Maintain accurate onboarding records and trackers. Coordinate with HR and other departments to complete onboarding requirements. Identify and escalate onboarding issues when necessary. Support continuous improvement of the onboarding process. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
