Job Description
- Are you a highly experienced operations professional with a proven track record of driving business performance and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an exceptional Female Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across business functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operational activities.
- Develop and implement systems that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- HND / BSC in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
Salary
N700,000 per month.
