Field Sales Representatives

Job Description

• We are a startup that has completed product development and is now entering the beta-testing phase. We are looking for an experienced salesperson to take our product into the market, engage potential users, gather real-world feedback, and help us understand public reception before a full public launch.
• You will not need prior knowledge of our product - full onboarding will be provided. We need someone who already knows how to sell, open conversations, handle objections, and convert interest into clear signals of demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to and engage potential customers through field visits, demos, networking, and other outbound methods
• Present the product clearly, collect genuine reactions, objections, and
• interest levels
• Qualify leads and record feedback systematically
• Work toward defined sales/engagement targets within the 6-week period
• Provide regular updates and insights to the team on market response
• Represent the company professionally while operating with a high degree of independence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (field sales, B2B, B2C, or startup sales preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship- building skills
• Comfortable working independently and hitting targets under tight timelines
• Ability to handle rejection and adapt messaging based on real-time feedback
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented
• Availability for the full 6-week engagement.
