Tech Sales & Marketing Representative

Role Overview

• The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and promoting the company’s services through direct outreach and affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with the product and customer success teams.
• Produce weekly sales and marketing performance reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and conferences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Achievement of monthly individual sales targets.
• Number of qualified leads generated weekly.
• Lead-to-client conversion rate (directly or with team support).
• Revenue contribution through successful projects or partnerships initiated.

Outreach & Engagement:

• Consistent cold calling and follow-ups with potential leads.
• Regular distribution of marketing materials in assigned locations.
• Active engagement with new affiliate or partner contacts to expand reach.
• Timely and accurate CRM updates for all outreach activities.

Product Knowledge & Preparedness:

• Demonstrated ability to clearly explain company offerings, including ERP and tech solutions.
• Familiarity with Davethan Technologies’ website, products, and services before and during onboarding.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Timely and effective response to client queries and concerns.
• High customer satisfaction scores or positive supervisor feedback.
• Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and affiliate partners.

Collaboration & Professionalism:

• Active participation in team meetings, sales discussions, and marketing initiatives.
• Display of professionalism, including punctuality, accountability, and communication.
• Constructive contribution to campaign strategies and team goals.

Growth & Future Potential:

• Consistency in achieving sales and outreach expectations over time.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Clear potential for long-term or permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing (startup experience preferred).
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's licence (if field sales are required).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Legal authorisation to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling SaaS or technology products.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or business software.
• Experience with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
• Marketing certification is an advantage.

What We Offer

• Fixed salary: N150,000 per month (excluding receipted logistics and commissions).
• Commission:10% on completed projects and performance-based incentives.
