Procurement Assistant

PC Planet Limited

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet supply needs.
  • Support negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report on procurement activities, including cost savings and supplier performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement software.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
