School Administrative Officer

Court Hill College

Job Summary

  • The School Administrative Officer provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
  • The role involves managing records, coordinating communication, supporting staff and parents, maintaining office systems, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain accurate, student, and school records.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Support admissions, enrolment, and student record management.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
  • Assist in implementing school policies and administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with staff, parents, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous administrative experience in a school environment is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N170,000 / month.
