About the Role
- FMR Agency is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team.
- In this role, you will support core HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and document collection.
- Provide daily administrative support for internal communications and HR processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, organizational compliance, and record-keeping standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations.
- Residence within Ikeja, Isolo, or immediate environs in Lagos State.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
