Job Description
- The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating quality leads, and converting them into customers.
- The ideal candidate is a naturally gifted salesperson with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and representing the client professionally.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Promote products/services while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation
- Comply with all company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record as a high-performing salesperson
- Be sales-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a smart, neat, and professional appearance
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to work in the field daily and travel within the assigned branch location
- Must reside within or be willing to work within the branch location applied for
Salary
N199,000 Net (Plus Additional Benefits, including HMO).
