Overview
- FMR Agency is recruiting a commercially driven and data-oriented Shopify E-commerce Manager to lead and scale the digital commerce operations of a fast-growing fashion and retail brand.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Shopify platform, driving e-commerce growth, optimizing digital marketing performance, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and online revenue. This role requires a hands-on e-commerce professional with strong expertise in Shopify, performance marketing, digital analytics, and automation.
- Ultimately, you will build a scalable digital commerce ecosystem that enhances customer experience, increases online sales, and supports both local and global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the commercial performance and growth of the company's Shopify platform.
- Develop and execute e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth marketing strategies to increase online revenue.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement digital assets, workflows, automations, and AI-driven solutions that support business growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Optimize website performance, product merchandising, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute email marketing, remarketing, customer retention, and abandoned cart recovery strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, customer retention, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with sales, content, product, and creative teams to execute high-impact growth campaigns.
- Participate in campaign planning, content creation, product photoshoots, marketing events, and other strategic business initiatives.
- Build and continuously improve a scalable digital commerce system capable of supporting long-term business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Shopify stores, e-commerce operations, or digital commerce platforms.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce operations is mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, analytics platforms, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and AI-powered e-commerce solutions to improve business performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make commercially driven decisions.
- Experience within the fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to increase online revenue and deliver measurable business results.
Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 Monthly (Net).
