Sales & Onboarding Intern (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a confident, proactive, and people-oriented Sales & User Onboarding Intern to help turn newly registered users into active customers.
What You’ll Do
- Contact and onboard new users via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Guide users through account setup, KYC, and wallet creation
- Educate customers on Expedier’s products and services
- Drive first transactions and follow up with inactive users
- Address customer questions and onboarding challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
- Work with the Marketing, Product, Community, and Operations teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers
- Customer-focused, organized, proactive, and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Salary
N100,000 per month.
