E-commerce Website & SEO Associate (F/M)

​​​​​​ Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Maintenance:

• Manage and update the brand’s website and digital platforms, including product uploads, pricing, inventory reconciliation, and content updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical errors, checkout issues, and layout defects.
• Ensure routine website backups, security checks, and plugin updates are executed consistently.
• Maintain a responsive, high-performing UI/UX across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Manage storefront presence on third-party e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, catalog sync, pricing accuracy, and storefront optimization.
• Track emerging e-commerce tools, plugins, web standards, and industry best practices.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies (titles, meta descriptions, tags, alt text, and GEO-targeting).
• Optimize site speed, technical architecture, and organic search rankings.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel to monitor traffic and optimize conversion KPIs.
• Optimize product titles, tags, and descriptions for marketplace-specific discovery algorithms.
• Generate regular performance reports detailing site traffic, SEO visibility, and sales conversions.

Design & Brand Aesthetics:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to design and update homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional collection layouts.
• Ensure visual consistency in typography, color palette, and layout across all web assets.
• Continuously test navigation paths, cart flows, and checkout friction points to enhance usability.
• Implement user experience enhancements based on heatmaps, analytics, and browsing behaviors.

Order Coordination & Fulfillment Support:

• Monitor order dashboards across direct and marketplace sales channels.
• Flag pending, failed, or disputed orders, escalating fulfillment or dispatch issues to Sales.
• Support customer care teams with resolving technical transaction or order inquiries.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Partner with Operations, Creative, and Fulfillment teams to align inventory status with live campaigns.
• Participate in weekly meetings to present digital metrics, site updates, and project milestones.
• Identify and propose new tools, integrations, and plugins to enhance store performance and operational capacity.
• Contribute to strategic conversations regarding digital expansion and new market entries.

A Typical Day:

• Join the morning sync with the Operations Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on promotional priorities and stock updates.
• Conduct routine checks on site performance, UI/UX responsiveness, and analytics dashboards.
• Upload newly arrived products, update inventory balances, and optimize listings for search ranking.
• Investigate and resolve flagged technical glitches, layout breaks, or cart issues.
• Monitor incoming multi-channel orders and coordinate fulfillment updates with the warehouse/sales teams.
• Prepare actionable analytical insights for site improvements and campaign support.

Requirements
Essential:

• Proven hands-on experience managing WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design standards.
• Practical HTML and CSS skills with experience customizing and editing themes.
• Working proficiency in SEO techniques and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tools).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
