Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can combine marketing strategy, hands-on execution, and business development to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns; oversee our social media, email, and SMS marketing activities; drive seasonal campaigns; track marketing performance and ROI; and ensure the effective execution of marketing plans.
- The role also requires actively generating and closing B2B opportunities for helium gas, advertising blimp rentals, and Christmas decoration services, while building partnerships, recruiting resellers, conducting client visits and field marketing, and supporting the sales team with promotional materials, campaigns, and upselling strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
- 20–40% quarterly sales growth across relevant product lines.
- 50+ new customers monthly.
- Minimum 5% promotional campaign conversion rate.
- 3–5 new helium gas corporate contracts per quarter.
- Growth in advertising blimp bookings and corporate clients.
- 20–30 Christmas decoration contracts per season.
- 10+ active resellers recruited per quarter.
- Strong marketing ROI, lead generation, customer retention, and proposal-to-contract conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of practical marketing experience with measurable results.
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, client visits, cold outreach, and networking.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with paid advertising and the events industry is an advantage.
- We are looking for someone who can turn marketing strategy into execution, visibility into leads, and leads into revenue.
Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 monthly.
