Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Provide information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spares, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on orders, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and promote customer satisfaction.
• Prepare basic customer service reports when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
