Executive Assistant / Accountant

Responsibilties
Data Entry & Financial Record Management:
- Accurately enter and maintain financial and operational data.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and databases.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper payment records.
- Assist with account reconciliations.
Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate correspondence, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Support the executive with day-to-day administrative activities.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain confidential records and company documents.
- Assist with document preparation and record keeping.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
