Job Title: Van Field Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: FMCG/Manufacturing Locations: Lagos (Ikorodu, Surulere, Oshodi and Shomolu), Ibadan (Iseyin and Saki) ,Asaba Experience: Minimum of 2 years Job Summary The Van Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance and executing field sales strategies within the assigned territory. This role involves operating a sales van to achieve volume targets, ensure product availability, and deliver excellent execution of trade and channel marketing activities. Department Objective Support the achievement of overall business growth by delivering strong field sales performance, increasing market penetration, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably FMCG)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Hands-on experience in van sales and field execution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial planning
- Knowledge of distributor and channel management
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Salary: ₦120,000 (Gross)
- Performance Incentive: ₦120,000 (based on target achievement)
- Conveyance Allowance: ₦52,000 (for candidates not assigned a company van)
- Airtime Allowance
