Social Media Officer

Job Overview
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to build, manage, and grow our presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media accounts from scratch (0 to 1) and driving measurable engagement and brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company's TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.
- Independently grow new social media accounts from zero to a strong, engaged audience, increasing brand awareness, followers and engagement.
- Plan, shoot, edit and publish short videos and other social media content.
- Keep up with social media trends and optimize content based on market demand.
- Regularly analyze account performance and improve content strategy based on data.
- Work closely with the sales team to increase brand awareness and generate customer leads through social media.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and growing TikTok, Facebook or other social media accounts from 0 to 1 is required.
- Must be able to provide examples of social media accounts or projects that have been managed.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram algorithms and platform rules.
- Skilled in content planning, video shooting and editing.
- Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and able to analyze social media performance data.
- Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phone accessories is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using insights and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience in consumer electronics/mobile accessories is an added advantage.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Monthly follower growth rate across all platforms
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
- Video views and reach performance
- Number of qualified leads generated through social media
- Conversion rate from social media campaigns
- Content consistency (number of posts/videos per week)
- Growth of brand awareness and online visibility
- Audience retention and watch time on video content
