YouTube Channel Manager (Enugu)

Responsibilities
- Grow channel views, watch time and subscribers
- Develop strategies to increase audience reach and engagement
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and use data to improve performance
- Optimize content for better visibility and audience retention
- Engage and manage online communities
- Stay updated on digital trends and audience behaviour
- Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and guidelines
- Work towards channel growth and revenue targets
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong understanding of social media and digital content
- Good understanding of what makes content perform and go viral
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Basic data analysis and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Results-driven, proactive and business-minded
- Passion for YouTube, entertainment and digital media.
