Passenger Service Executive

Job Description
- Enugu Air Limited is seeking customer-focused and professional Passenger Service Executives to join our Passenger Services team across our stations.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent passenger service throughout the airport journey, including check-in, boarding, passenger assistance, and handling of customer enquiries, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process passenger check-in and boarding in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify passenger travel documents and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Assist passengers with enquiries, flight information, seating, baggage, and other travel-related matters.
- Handle passenger complaints and service issues professionally and escalate complex matters to the Passenger Service Supervisor.
- Assist passengers requiring special assistance, including elderly passengers and persons with reduced mobility.
- Support efficient boarding and disembarkation processes.
- Assist in managing passenger disruptions, delays, cancellations, and other operational situations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and professional presentation of passenger service areas.
- Support the achievement of the airline's service quality and on-time performance objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Passenger Service Supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Must have 1–2 years' experience in passenger services, customer service, airport operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience with an airline, airport, or ground handling company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of airline passenger handling procedures is desirable.
- Familiarity with reservation, check-in, or departure control systems is an added advantage.
- NYSC: Evidence of completion or exemption from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
