Marketing Lead - Beauty, Grooming & Fragrance

Job Summary
- Are you an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in Beauty, Personal Care, Grooming, Fragrance, Retail, or Premium Consumer Brands?
- We are seeking a Marketing Lead – Beauty, Grooming & Fragrance to drive category growth, customer engagement, brand positioning, and impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly category marketing plans.
- Drive campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and in-store activations.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value and aspirational customers.
- Lead digital, social media, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage brand partners, agencies, activations, and supplier-funded marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, sales growth, and customer conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ marketing experience, with at least 3 years in Beauty, Personal Care, Grooming, Fragrance, Retail, FMCG, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience in category/brand marketing, product launches, digital marketing, CRM, events, and in-store activations.
- Strong understanding of premium consumers, beauty/fragrance trends, and the Nigerian market.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
