Training Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Lead to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for our clients.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and capacity building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (virtual and physical)
- Facilitate training sessions as needed
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
- Provide administrative support to the training department
- Liaise with clients and facilitators to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years' experience in training and development
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
