Recruitment Specialist

Job Purpose

• The Recruitment Analyst will support the Talent Acquisition function by providing accurate recruitment data, analytics, reporting, and operational insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
• The role will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to track recruitment activities, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data across all vacancies and recruitment channels.
• Track and report key Talent Acquisition metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and recruitment funnel conversion.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and periodic management reports.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor recruitment activities against agreed SLAs and hiring timelines.
• Track requisitions from approval through sourcing, assessment, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Analyse the effectiveness of sourcing channels and provide insights on the most productive sources of candidates and hires.
• Support recruitment forecasting and workforce planning by providing relevant hiring data and trends.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc Talent Acquisition reports for HR and business stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and recruitment databases with a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment audits and data validation.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely updates on recruitment status and hiring requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Support other HR analytics and Talent Acquisition projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruitment Operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environment is an advantage.
• Practical experience working with recruitment data, trackers, dashboards, and reports.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and data analysis.
• Experience developing recruitment dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
• Ability to analyse and present recruitment data in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and Talent Acquisition processes.
