Job Title: SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER (BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Special Education School Teacher. The successful candidate will support learning and/or school operations for Various Classes. We are looking for a professional who meets the stated qualification and experience requirements and can contribute positively to the school's learning environment, student experience and wider operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized learning support to pupils across various classes according to identified educational needs.
  
• Develop and implement appropriate Individual Education Plans (IEPs) where required.
  
• Support learners with Autism, ADHD and other learning-support needs using appropriate strategies.
  
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the Learning Support Unit to provide coordinated support.
  
• Monitor learner progress and maintain appropriate records of interventions and outcomes.
  
• Promote an inclusive, respectful and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Education / Qualification: BEd in Special Education or SEN-related qualification

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Special Skills / Training: IEP development, experience with Autism/ADHD/Learning Support Unit collaboration
